This location made a single tire replacement incredibly complicated. When I picked up my car the TPMS malfunction was still present on my dash. It takes 2 laps around the block to reset the sensors. Didn’t bother to check the psi on my other tires after putting on the new one. I had to go back into the location and request that they put air in my tires. Didn’t bother to clean the rim at all. They really just wanted my car off their rack. I get it, but maybe don’t rush it that much. The only perk to this experience was they actually had the tire I needed in stock after they had originally told me they would need to have my tire delivered to their shop.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Firestone location. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:00 a.m. for tire service and was told by the manager that it would be ready by 2:30 p.m. To avoid any confusion, I even called an hour before arriving, and the manager confirmed that my vehicle would be ready. When I arrived at 2:30, it wasn’t ready. The issue wasn’t just the delay it was being told multiple times that the work would be completed when it clearly wasn’t. I planned my entire day around the promised completion time, and that commitment wasn’t honored. Customers understand that unexpected delays can happen, but honest communication is essential. If the vehicle wasn’t going to be ready, I should have been informed instead of being reassured that everything was on schedule. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this location. Reliability and communication are just as important as the work itself, and unfortunately, both fell well short of expectations. All done by the manager with the red shirt on.

Great crew. Great manager running things. Communicated clearly, found the best possible deal for a set of tires for my truck, and had the entire installation complete in a little over 2 hours. My first time at this location and will def be a return customer.

I had a very frustrating experience with Firestone and would strongly caution others before trusting them with tire service. About two years ago, I purchased a set of tires from Firestone along with the warranty. Recently, I brought my car in to see if the warranty could be used because one of the tires was showing issues. Despite the fact that the tires are only two years old and nowhere near the mileage limit, I was told the tires were “too worn” to be covered under the warranty. After hearing that, I simply asked for my car back. However, Firestone had already rotated my tires during the inspection. Before they touched my vehicle, the tire in question consistently held around 29 PSI. When I got my car back, that same tire was suddenly sitting at 17 PSI, and now every time I drive the vehicle the PSI drops another 10 PSI. This problem did not exist before they serviced the car. To make matters worse, I later took the vehicle to another tire shop to get pricing for replacement tires. During that inspection, they discovered that Firestone had overtightened my locking lug nuts. The lugs were so tight that when the technician tried to remove them, one of the locking lug nuts broke

I had an 8am appointment and my husband had one at 8:30am on Saturday, and we were told it would take 4-5 hours to do the $9.99 inspection, alignment, and oil change. We checked in shortly after 11 and were told that our cars were next and that they should be done by 1pm. I tried calling several times after 2pm only to be put on hold for so long that the calls hung up from their end each time. Around 3pm my husband received an email that his car was ready (we had the exact same things done), so we headed back assuming they were both completed. My car hadn’t been looked at yet, with the customer service rep citing the long list of things needed to be completed on my car as the reason (the exact same 3 things that they had completed on my husband’s car). I took it home, then got a call from Firestone around 6pm sort of apologizing and offering an 8am appointment and quick work the next day. I show up at 8am on Sunday only to learn that they don’t open until 9am. I left the keys and called to confirm receipt at 9am. Around 12:30 I get a call saying that I need new front brakes, which I agreed to, but was clear that I needed the car back by 2:40 at the absolute latest for work. When I
